Principal Officer / President
Overall leadership, legal representation, document authorization, and strategic direction.
Concurrent role: senior partnership relations and organization-wide oversight.
Oversees strategic mission execution, IRS 501(c)(3) public-charity compliance, fiscal transparency, and community outreach alliances across Kokomo, IN, USA.
Treasurer / Financial Officer
Budget management, income and expenses, tax and financial reporting, and asset transparency.
Concurrent role: financial compliance and Form 990 oversight.
Oversees budget allocations, fiscal transparency, Form 990 readiness, and ensures 88%+ of all donated funds go directly to active community outreach programs.
Secretary & Operations Lead
Legal records retention, meeting minutes, and technology / website infrastructure.
Concurrent role: internal administration and legal governance.
Maintains corporate records, regulatory filings, conflict of interest disclosures, and oversees digital operations infrastructure to maintain organizational integrity.
Program & Outreach Director
Designs and directly delivers charity programs and community projects.
Concurrent role: volunteer coordination and social media / field community relations.
Directs frontline program execution, beneficiary intake workflows, volunteer coordination, and strategic alliances with local community partners.
Board members disclose personal, financial, or Hog Runners MC dual-role interests before votes on contracts, ride proceeds, or family awards. Recusal is documented in meeting minutes kept by the Secretary.
Volunteers, donors, and staff may report suspected misuse of funds or unsafe practices to admin@hogrunnersriders.org without fear of retaliation. Credible reports go to the Principal Officer and Treasurer for review.
Each year the Treasurer leads an independent review of program vs. admin spending, Flash Pass and shirt-sponsor ledgers, and Form 990-N readiness before the board accepts the annual impact summary.
